The current economic market brings very real business challenges. Thriving in Uncertainty is designed to give leaders tactical methods to successfully navigate and thrive. This two-day course helps leaders across the organization act with courage and clarity, even when the future is uncertain. Based on principles of chaos and complexity and rooted in the practical wisdom of human systems dynamics, this interactive workshop invites you to practice what you learn as you wrestle with your own wicked issues during the course and build a capacity for practical application back in your work environment.

This course will prepare you to see, understand, and influence the complex dynamics of uncertain environments, including social systems, politics, and emotions, and organizations.

You will learn to:

* Recognize the differences among predictable, unpredictable, and emergent situations and adapt your actions to respond to these dynamics.
* Use a variety of analytical tools to see, understand, and influence patterns in surprising situations.
* Apply new tools to old issues, including planning, performance management, marketing, communications, conflict resolution, collaboration, teambuilding—all of the challenges of an uncertain world.
* Develop and implement an adaptive action plan to respond to your most challenging situations.
